(never mind the OS 8 MacCheck "system: FROTZ" message!!)

It gives me no options, if the machine ran an "application" without asking.
Going off a cliff while the machine judges your (collective) appearance and behavior - at least _you're still in the driver's seat! MAYBE.

That's great! I bet somebody got a raise, for re-stating it, that way.

Well, in this case, it's Ubuntu Linux. "Jaunty Jackalope" was too much for this gadget, so I retreated backward a release. It'll be fixed in a future release, perhaps Masturbating Moose or Nauseated Nightingale.

On the other hand, I'm posting this via VPN from the desktop Mac Mini, even though I'm TYPING it on the netbook.
