1) Check to see if your audience consists of zombies. If that's the case, you probably don't have much chance of getting your point across.
2) Otherwise, consider this approach to convincing them: Show them a path from where they are now to where you want them to be. This takes some effort, because you have to find out where they are now (or where they think they are.) But it probably will work better than just throwing information at them with no context. |
